A 'flag spotlight'—that's an accent fixture used to illuminate a flag, artwork, or a display. In a drop ceiling, you need a low-voltage, adjustable track or a surface-mounted unit. Don't try to hard-wire a decorative fixture into a drop ceiling grid without proper support and strain relief. I've seen a flag spotlight fall through a ceiling tile during an event. Pearl Chandeliers
